“Staff was great. Shower leaked (bad seal) and staff offered to send maintenance, but I said wait until we checked out. I did have to kill a couple yucky bugs in the room. Kind of a hipster vibe. ”

Dirty glasses left in the sink. Our coffee maker did not work and was not replaced until the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. The staff was very helpful. The facility is understaffed. “The hotel was in a good location for our needs…within a mile of shopping and dining. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast had enough choices and was tasty. Parking was convenient and secure.”

“Breakfast staff cut corners with various aspects of food delivery and presentation. Ex: 1) The lids for hot food dishes would not stay up to place food on ones plate. I was at your hotel for a week. It was on the third day i realized the box supporting the heaters could be moved 1/2" allowing space for the hot plate lids could open and stay open as designed. 2) when hot omelets we brought out, the entire fresh batch of omlets was dumped into the existing pan... ”

“This place was disgusting. I do not recommend at all. Everything was dirty, pillows had black mold, when I mentioned to the guy that worked there about how it’s not what’s shown in pics he said there pictures are false adviti. Pool is green, extremely dirty. I’m more then positive people actually live there.”

“Staff was excellent. There is a mix of with the reservation and they took care of it no problem. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything you would need is right outside your door. Great location!”
