“Staff was friendly- from check in to check out. Quick with assistance. Room was very clean and it was nice to see staff cleaning the hallways and ceilings as well. I didn’t feel grossed out as I usually do with hotels by the beach.”

“Loved this place! I'm kind of picky about hotels. I can't stand a dirty smelly place. This place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in it for a few days before heading to a family gathering. Then we booked it again for a night before leaving town. The second stay I guess I booked a room that was the last king bed and happened to be the handicap accessible corner room. It was way big and explained the slightly higher price. Even though a paid a little more it was a very restful sleep...

“My stay was great, room, the whole place was clean well kept, when I had questions they were answered the staff was helpful and polite. It helped make my stay wonderful and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my time while I was there.”

“I thought Virginia was supposed to be a Southern state but Southern hospitality was missing at this place. Perhaps they just had a dry sense of humor. While the location is convenient, the hotel could use some updating. The breakfast was lacking and they only clean rooms every three days. I think I'll stay elsewhere.”

“I asked the front desk clerk to order a taxi, and they didnt. I had to order one for myself. The day clerk said that cab services were not reliable and said I should have used Uber or Lyft. He also told me the night desk clerk should have recommended a car service.”

“Property was clean. Staff was nice. Centrally located. Lots of stores nearby. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast in the morning was good. Reasonably priced”

“We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable”
