“It was wonderful! The room was well appointed and clean. All staff were amazing and helpful - from the room to the front desk. The bar was welcoming and the staff were extremely cordial and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat!”

“Checked in at four and left the hotel around five and when we got back our room had been cleaned again and the door was left open n unlocked we had a great stay wouldn’t recommend leaving important things while gone tho ”

“overall facilty very run down and needs to be condemmed. Husband complained air conditioning kept needing to be reset for power & would only worked 5mins or so, room hot, dirty, hair on fresh towels, missing ceiling tiles, pealing wall paper, only slept at most 1hour during stay. Left to sleep in my car. Went to ask for my money back and no customer service agent available. Other customers also waiting with no service.”

“One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it advertised it had a pool. When I was checking in I asked where the pool was. I was told but I didn't find out it was closed until I walked over to look and saw the notice on the door.😐 .”

“The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean. Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

“Horrible. MASSIVE ADA violation as I had a seizure on the property, was robbed during my episode, and then removed from my room due to other guests being “uncomfortable” with my condition yet no emergency services were contacted whatsoever. The rooms are disgusting, the staff is rude, the stairs are in gross disrepair, there is no accessibility for disabled people, no amenities, no customer service. Avoid at all costs. The Super8 across the street would probably be better.”
