“The rental was a perfect cottage apartment on a beautiful farm. Morning coffee in the rockers on the porch with the most delicious crumb cake provided by the host. It was lovely.”

“The outdoor are was a little shabby, but the room made up for that. This little apartment was rustic and cozy. The bath tub was enjoyable and the floor in the bathroom heat up. The decor was cute. There re is a sink, stove, mini fridge and thing to cook with and eat on. The stay was quiet and the best part is our dogs could be with us for free. Door dash options were unlimited. Thanks for a nice stay.”

“Cute little rental ”

“We were very disappointed in the stay. We booked this house to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The dishwasher, fireplaces, and heat was not in working order. The staff tried to make things right but without these things it was not the experience we had hoped for. Apparently the other person renting the room next to us was not happy about the accommodations as well and were refunded. We were given $375 back but considering how much we spent it did not seem like enough compensation. Sadly...

“Amazingly comfortable place to call home for a few days with plenty of room for activities if you have to stay in! Bedrooms were lovely as were the bathrooms. Updated and very clean!!!! Host was extremely responsive and very easy to work with!! Bonus to bring our pup with us for the stay.”

“A few old dead bugs across the home and under bed”

“Beautiful area, loved the rustic and historical cabin. Saw foxes and deer everyday. ”

“The place was not clean. We saw bugs in the bathroom. There was dirt on the bed, stains on the comforter, dirt/crumbs on the rug, and random unknown items under the heater. Overall the place left much to be desired with the lack of cleanliness. Some of the furniture wasn't the same. We recommend staying here. We stayed for about an half an hour before leaving and returning home.”

“I love the charm of such an old home!! And the cookies and candies welcoming! The living room fireplace was put to use while we sat around for dinner and watching movies. Paris is lovely village in midst of all the stuff you want to do… vineyards, state park, Upperville Hunters Head and Middleburg down street. ”

“Grass and shrubbery immediately surround the structure was overgrown. Internet never worked, it actually never even came up to access on the wifi menus in our devices. When I brought to the owners attention was assured it was the correct info and that the internet it temporarily down. Again it never became accessible. ”

“There was no running water after the first day of our stay; it was extremely inconvenient. the host was responsive enough in trying to help us through the issue and told us to use stored water cans in the house. But, it wasn't what we expected, and the amount of inconvenience it caused us was not worth the trouble for us. wouldn't revisit the property.”

“Needed a place to stay during the Easter weekend while visiting family. I found that this house was perfectly neutral to every where I needed to go, winchester, Leesburg, harpers ferry. River view was fantastic, and gave me a bunch of nostalgia from growing up along the Shenandoah myself. House was very clean, kitchen was equipped with various pots and pans (which made making the cake i promised for easter easier), bathroom was a little on the warm side, but leaving the door open helped cooled...
