“Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room. During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out...

“Everything was good! Angel the front desk receptionist was the sweetest!”

“By far the worst Baymont that I have ever stayed in. The room was gross, A/C didn’t work, holes in the walls, etc.”

“The stay was okay overall, however the front desk lady was very rude. I had asked her for her for some toothbrush since I forgot mine and instantly had a nasty attitude towards me. The next day when I went to drop off the key and checked out she was rude again and didn’t even say thank you or anything.”

“Booked last minute to be close to the volleyball tournament venue that got changed last minute due to errors. Rooms had missing locks. Rooms were not cleaned or changed. The staff had to change rooms for me 3 times. Traveled with 2 daughters and we did not feel safe at all. Faucet ran yellow/brownish water. Staff was patient and understanding, but the place looked so run down. Need some updating done.”
