“La struttura è un po' datata, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, in particolare quello addetto alla colazione. Avrei apprezzato una colazione a buffet anziché quella su ordinazione prevista dalla struttura. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato una tariffa che includeva la colazione, al check-in ci è stato consegnato un voucher con un importo massimo spendibile. Questo ha inevitabilmente limitato la scelta delle consumazioni...

“Parking is a bit pricey and it would be nice if there was at least a discount for overnight guests. Appreciate that there are plenty of water fountains to fill your own bottle with filtered water. Room was clean and very pretty, bathroom was humongous. Pool area was well maintained but there were not enough sun chairs for everyone on Saturday afternoon. This is the perfect little resort to come for a whole family wellness trip to swim, exercise and eat well.”

“Outdated. Old smell in the room. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:45am. Dirty dishes in the hall way and couch area for 3 days. It’s not worth it.”

“I had forgotten my phone charger and I went to buy one in the small shop they had but it was mostly food. The desk person gave me one to borrow and I returned it the next morning. It saved me from having to go drive to a store to get one late at night.”

“I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. The staff couldn’t be better, always pleasant and kind. Complimentary coffee and teas were also offered in the lobby area in the mornings. I would...

“This hotel has wonderful staff all around. From the front desk, to the maintenance crew, to the house keeping staff and the buffet staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. There is a man and woman who run the breakfast buffet so well. They keep everything stocked and well presented. Then on certain days, if they are both off, it is very bad. I believe the buffet worker goes in the back and takes a nap. He is a younger man and does not refill anything.”

“I don't like to write this kind of review but there's lots of bad things going on there that I wasn't happy with my stay, first the staff looked that they didn't wanted to be there, wi fi didn't work, tv didn't have local channels, this remove control didn't work, the beds are more on the twin side that queen, they didn't go to clean or change towels in the 5 days we stayed, the bath tub in bad condition, there was a whole on the sealing, outside in the hallway bags of garbage and sheets.
