“We stay at Best westerns due to the staff being friendly and rooms being clean. This stay the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, no toilet paper, Kleenex box was soaked, spider in the fridge and the room smelled of smoke. The stairs and hallway were dirty and not cleaned and the smoke detector in the hallway had been going off for the whole stay.”

“For one night, it was fine. We could not turn on the heat though even though it was May 29. The breakfast was perfect, some small items and some big. It was quiet and the room was very clean.”

So we tried to use lights outside the room, so we could see somewhat. Huge black garbage bag at top of stairs when we arrived was still there in the morning.
