“Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it.
The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself.
The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

“Staff was super kind however the hotel was being renovated and the elevator was not working.. had to go out to use the stairs to get to the 3rd floor. The stairway was a total mess and health hazard as carpet and brad nails were all over the place with carpet install equipment everywhere. Not safe for guests at all. The room was fine but maybe close off the areas that are being renovated and place guests in rooms away from the work being done.”

“There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even with air conditioning on and set on a low temperature, it was just tolerable. Nighttime temp was to be 25 degrees is why it was on heat. “Great stay, nice place to gather with family. Lake view was very nice as well. Unfortunately, the lake cannot be used (only for campground and mobile home owners there, as per the campground owner). Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). Owner was very responsive to issues as they arose. ”
