The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. “Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person”
