“Very clean, incredible breakfast! ”

“When we arrived it was late at night. There were towels that had been used and were hanging on the bathroom hooks. There was also matted wet hair on the bathroom floor. The floor was not the cleanest. Clearly the bathroom was not checked thoroughly. The towels had stain marks. Something was smashed into the carpeting as well. The bed seemed clean and we were so tired we didn’t ask for a new room. If it had been earlier in the day, I would have.”

“The room was clean, bed was very comfortable with thick pillows, staff were very helpful, and property very well maintained! There is a record player in each room with a ton of great vinyl options at the front desk! Really great stay in a great location in Eau Claire!”

““Remodeled” is a fancy way to say they’ve slapped some new paint on everything. Hotel still looks very outdated. Mismatch furniture, mismatch TV’s, extension cords plugging everything in. We stay two nights with another couple. Both of our keys at some point stopped working so had to get new ones. Out of the two nights, two different smoke detectors were dying and chirping. Rooms are small, and bathrooms are even smaller. Definitely no way anyone handicap could stay here.”

“The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was not bad. The only reason I had an issue was when they tried to enter our room twice while we were there. It seemed like they really thought we checked out already. But to do it twice was a little much. It was hours before check out time. I am sure they were busy but it was a little disappointing.”

“The room was beautiful and clean. Didn’t have one issue with anything not working or anything like that. Breakfast was WONDERFUL!! So so good. And I really enjoyed the outside area. So pretty. 10/10!!!”

“Great place. We were given a room on the first floor to help as we were traveling with our dog. Lady at the front desk recommended a really good local restaurant with an outdoor patio. This hotel is brand new. Price for the night was great too. Will definitely be back!”
