“Clean. Food breakfast, nice staff. Felt safe.”

“It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. ”

“The room was so beautifully designed and decorated. We played games in the yard, walked around the property had amazing hand crafted drinks at the bar and a delicious dinner in the restaurant. The TV had Roku, so when we finally went back to the room it was easy to watch from any streaming app. We woke up to breakfast at the door in a retro Stanley lunchbox with a thermos full of coffee. It was very clean and everyone that worked there was helpful and kind.”

“Rooms were gross. First room was a biohazard. Smelled like mold and bad air freshener we asked to change because our eyes were burning and it was hard to breathe. Second room at least didn’t smell bad but carpet and walls were stained like a crack house.”

“I was only needing the room for about 8 hours because I was driving in from Houston for Orientation for my young one so we didn't get in until 1:30 am . The air was but it smelled of old cigarette smoke, the toilet seat was broken, the shower head was broken and there were dead beetle all over the floor and a spider in the ceiling and I actually paid $90 for 7 hours for this crap!”

“The price was great for one night. There are lists of spots on the carpet going through the hallways. Refrigerator was not cleaned out from last guest groceries. Electric out at sink in bathroom did not work. I have to be very frugal in my traveling so I am willing to put up with some issues. The mini split to cool the room was great. Could freeze you out, I had to turn it up. The vending machine was broken i guess. Was pretty empty and sign said not to try to Use. I slept fine, bed was...

“Guy was super rude and didn’t give me my room I reserved a week prior because he didn’t want to clean the room!”

“The livestock tour was the highlight for us - spotted a brand new kid beside it's mama in the tribe of goats before our guide did. The hosts were great and farm fresh eggs were available with breakfast.”

“This was the perfect place for just the two of us. It was clean, the communications with the host was quick, the location was perfect, and it has a fully stocked kitchen, which was great. If we needed anything, the host was very quick to accommodate us. If we are ever in Stephenville again, we will definitely stay here again!!! ”
