“The host was super friendly and responsive. She even made fresh dog treats for our buddy! The only reason this stay was not a 5 was TOTALLY MY FAULT and had nothing to do with the owners or property. Unfortunately I did not research which trails and activities in the area were dog friendly and i did not ask about the entry to the home. Our dog is old and struggled going up and down the outdoor stairs. Knowing he struggles at times i should have been more proactive in my research and questions....

“As a bit of background, both my boyfriend and I were burnt out from work and desperately needed a vacation to get away and relax with our 2 dogs. With that said, I couldn't be happier that we decided to come here for some much needed R&R.The cabin was beautiful, the scenery was stunning, and the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed. The dogs LOVED playing in the snow and exploring, and my boyfriend and I loved playing games in the cozy den, cooking and eating in the well-stocked kitchen...

“The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. ”

“I actually had two rooms - one for myself and one for my older daughter. Both were extremely clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, the hotel far exceeded my expectations! An excellent place to stay and would stay there again when in the area.”

“No privacy, cost was very close to local area motels but had zero bath facilities, tiny kit sink & outdoor 5-gal bucket for toilet ! Annoying exterior lights at dusk till mid-nite making trailer lit up & hard to sleep. Will not returm”

“Loved it! The isolation is exactly what we needed. I enjoyed keeping the wood stove going and checking on the solar and generator personally. Would recommend to anyone to listen to John's directions exactly...dont trust your gps(although we found Google Maps and Waze to work perfect)..the cabin is on a dead end private road in the mountains...our friends found that apple maps sent them down a snow mobile trail, luckily a wrecker was able to get to them and tow them out. Endless trails and forest...

“This home is was wonderfully comfortable for both us and our dogs! Absolutely anything you could possibly need is there for you. And the setting is wild and lovely. Plus, the host is very sweet and responsive. I loved this place!”
