“Musty smell in room. Grossly stained washcloth. Something yellow/orange and hard on the bed fitted sheet. I’ve provided photos to the hotel and received a sarcastic response with “we apologize”. I reached out to corporate and have heard nothing back. ”

“Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and it was 10 to 4 and check in is 3. The staff manning the desk when arriving could be more welcoming. How about a smile and welcome to wyndham or such. It was off putting when you are made to feel that it was our fault and we were an inconvenience that we had to wait for our room to be ready. I can't fault the cleanliest or the accommodations they were great. ”

“Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. “The hotel itself was perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. What really stood out, though, was the location. It was absolutely fantastic. There was a beautiful walking path right behind the hotel, along with a nearby park that added so much to the experience. It made the property especially great for families, offering an easy way to get outside and enjoy some fresh air without having to travel...

“The hotel itself was nice however, the breakfast buffet that you pay for in your reservations on the site is not. And it is not kid friendly when you’re traveling with a nine and 10-year-old. Will not be back.”
