“Wouldn't let you take coffee or breakfast to your room. Lady at fromt desk was short with us. We waited 20 min for our reserved room and it was 1.5 hrs past check in time She told us to be patient its being cleaned. We asked for a room that was ready she said no all booked. Then she came over 20 min later and gave us a different room.”

“I arrived just before 10pm to an overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the parking lot. As I walked to the front door I saw a notice from the city taped up because the hotel's hot water wasn't working. After checking in (just in time, the metal shutter over the desk was rolled down for the night right after) I went to my room to find the temperature had been set to about 58 degrees. “Staff was friendly and room was clean”

“The first day we entered our room, the carpet was dirty. There are a lot of small little papers on the floor. You can tell that the housekeeping didn't vacuum before we arrive. The bathtub/shower doesn't have a place to put soap or shampoo. Every time you need to use soap/shampoo, you need to bend and pick it up from the ledge of the tub. The tub was so smooth it was slippery. I almost fell when I took shower. I asked for a bath mat the following day. The manager said that he will put one on our...

“Cozy and quiet.”

“Overall clean, tile floor throughout which we like bit could mop better. Nice large rooms bathroom was weirdly large. Newer, modern furnishings, friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant due to limited hours, breakfast was good. Post visit we found we could get better prices going thru the local hamilton county web site.”

“I’m disabled and the elevator was out of service the entire time; I was on second floor. The chair in my room was damaged. My daughter got locked in bathroom because when door closed no way to open from inside. The tv kept glitching. The toilet paper holder was broken,,,, toilet clogged from first day. Had to do Bans in lobby restroom. The breakfast was incomplete: only orange juice was available and trash can was overflowing and rancid. The “night auditor” as she identified herself...
