“The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there ”

“We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. “The room had ants, the door keys stopped working from the exterior and it had to be replaced more than once, we had to request housekeeping, and when they did come, they never change the sheets or swept the floor. When call down to inform all they said was sorry will add you to the rewards program. Housekeeping took hours to clean the surrounding rooms near us and we’re very loud and obnoxious.”

“I checked in and the first room had stains on the couch and smelled. Manager moved me to another room that had more stains on the couch, stain on the bath tub, and hair in the sink. Wouldn’t give me a refund. ”
