“I have stayed several times at this location while traveling and look forward to staying her again in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I travel with my dog and they accommodate us with a pet-friendly room. There is a grassy area/field next to the property and I appreciate the space to walk and run my pup. My rooms have always been clean. Will definitely be back.”

“Extremely outdated hotel. Privately owned. Room was not clean upon arrival. Dental flosser on the sofa. Desk was sticky. Bathroom sink had a toothpaste ring. Internet was good, and the air-conditioner worked great. However, it was off prior to my arrival and near 100 degrees that day. Room smelled old. The bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast is a bit cheesy, but there is a McDonald's nearby and a Casey's nearby in the opposite direction. Will not be back.”

“I reserved a non smoking room and when we arrived the room was smelling like a casino, everything was dirty and horrible, they didn’t have more rooms to change me that disgusting room, I was driving from Florida and need a place to stay and there was nothing else around, breakfast was horrible, just tangarines and waffle maker very dirty. This place is a getto very dirty, not even basic breakfast, DO NOT STATE THERE, is better to sleep in your car.”

“I want to start with a positive note, that the owner (Nikki) was very kind and let us check in a few hours early on our first day. The property was listed as a four bedroom, but it had only three beds and an inflatable mattress in the fourth, which was as flat as a pancake. The beds were terrible quality and very uncomfortable! The windows in the house were filthy, as well as the television screens. One of the light fixtures had three out of the six bulbs burned out. There were spider webs...
