“My wife and I loved our stay at Steamboat Inn. The lobby, dining area and rooms were all beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night we spent there, we were the only guests, so we invited the overseer and owner (who prepared breakfast) to eat breakfast with us. We sat and had a great visit with them. This was a real highlight of our entire trip.”

“The hotel was obviously a rent by the week establishment with work crews and trucks everywhere. The hotel was dated and not well maintained. There were rolls of the plastic ‘baseboard’ laying in the hallways and obviously had been pulled off the wall in the lobby where the paint and texture was missing. The air conditioner in my room was more like a mister. The cool setting made the room humid, skin sticky and sheets almost damp. Needless to say this was a live and learn moment for me. The staff...
