“Room was clean and comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and got a handicapped accessible room, which is not something that every hotel delivers on. Most put a handicapped handrail on a wall in the bathroom and call it handicapped accessible when in reality, they are death traps for aomeone with ambulatory challenges. Thank you for the extra handicapped features. It certainly made our stay very pleasant. Great breakfast also. Fast & friendly staff ”

“I made a big mistake booking through EXPEDIA...no refund when we had to leave one day early due to a snowstorm hitting.....we are currently snowed in with more on the way. EXPEDIA will never be my booking of choice. Sad policy not to at least refund a portion....weather conditions should be an exception to their strict, unheard of policy.”
