“The overnight staff was so funny, welcoming, and kind. He was the kind of man you wished was your grandpa. The heated pool and hot tub was so nice. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy and cozy. I'd never been in that nice of a hotel before. As an adult at least. The muffins for breakfast were so good and so was the coffee. ”

“I'm getting tires appropriate rooms with peace and quiet there is plenty of open area around to walk or wander around. 24/7 Phillips gas station across the street with good supplies not to mention bomb chicken on the left side. Little upset that there's no smoking rooms I think there should be. But some redemption is that there's plenty of trees around shade but prepare for strong breezes. This place has the lowest rates in the south side of Iowa with a good access point to new locations. I love...

“We had such a wonderful stay at the little country house. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved being on the farm. Deb was so kind and helpful which made the whole trip stress-free. It really felt like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect country get away. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable again this year. ”

“Rooms decent. Property itself bad. Cool, elevator, vending machines all out of order. If you just want to bed to stay in, this is a great cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway”

“We stayed there 3 nights. It was surprising at first to see how small it was on the outside, but the inside is furnished perfectly for overnight stays.We left a foam mattress topper that we bought brand new to soften up the bed and it made a huge difference.Everything was really well designed and placed. We'll be back next year!”
