“All was excellent!”

“Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!”

“It was filthy. It hasn’t been probably cleaned I believe EVER. The toilet had feces and mold in it. The shower and bathroom had black hairs all over. The ceiling had water stains. The carpets turned out socks black. We found beetles which may have been roaches everywhere. The fire alarm had no batteries. Don’t stay here.”

“We called down to front desk around 7am to request house keeping for sheets and towels. The gal said ok and took our room number. When we arrived back to the room 12 hours later, nothing had been touched! We spoke to the employee on duty at the front desk and she had several excuses and wasn't apologetic. She said in order for us to get fresh towels, we'd have to bring down the dirty ones. Bedding wasn't even mentioned. Back to the room we go and gather up towels and pillow cases. She...

“The things that I noticed was, we did not have room service. We had no clean towels and our tub and toilet didn’t look clean. My sheets had small holes in them and the TV remote wasn’t working.”

“Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating”

“We stayed at Econo Lodge in room 228 for one night and the room has BED BUGS! Once we realised that , we contacted the hotel but the staff was not helpful at all. We were told that the rooms are clean and that we were supposed to let them know at the time of stay (which was 1 night in our case). I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially in room 228.”

“A decent place to stay for the price. Did not hear airplanes at all, despite being right next to the airport, so very quiet. Room was nice and clean, but musty smelling. Was very humid outside and the air conditioning unit was older and probably needed some cleaning, or maybe it was the carpet holding humidity. Otherwise a nice room with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was the same basic foods as most other hotels. Just wish hotels would serve REAL eggs instead of fake food. Too many...

“Grandkids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi (also there's a sauna), and game room. I appreciated the 2 sinks in the room, with one being outside the bathroom. With 4 of us it was so much easier getting ready. Good breakfast, outdoor eating areas and random places to relax and socialize throughout the hotel.”
