Hotel a Mitchellville

“Ac made a terrible noise. Button in elevator broken. Cover for ac controls just fell off in my hand. Remote control for tv didn’t work. Room had an unpleasant smell. Hotel was dated and unkept. ”

“As soon as you enter the building, there is an overwhelming sewer smell. The man at the desk was not at all friendly. I am used to staying at the cheapest motels I can find and don't expect much, but the smell was hard to endure.”

“Best hotel. The property is very clean and nice, like a newly completed building. Their pool and hot tub were great to relax and enjoy. Their breakfast was wondeful with variety additions like strawberry pancakes, everything bagel etc. There are different restaurants and other amenities nearby. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Des Moines.”

“The staff seemed kind of lost and confused most of the time. I had trouble catching staff a few times when I needed something. I’d be waiting at the front desk for 15+ minutes, even when coming in from outside and making some noise to try to have them notice me. My key got deactivated mid-stay because they checked us out on the wrong day. Our heater/AC didn’t work in our room but they gave us an extra blanket. Our room was either cold or hot and stuffy, there was no in between. There was a dirty...
