“This Motel 6 is an older property near the Interstate - a drive-up-to-the-room style that I seek out. I have stayed here twice. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the room was updated and clean. The property is very quiet. There's good water pressure and plentiful hot water. The desk clerk gave me extra towels when I asked for them. The parking lot needs to be repaved, and that is my only criticism of the place. ”

“Our stay at lake and oaks was wonderful. The location of the house was nice, private, and peaceful. Fishing the lake was an added bonus. The house was clean and welcoming and we really didn't want to leave when the time came. We were close to Rend Lake for extra fishing and drove down to Garden of the Gods, Cave in rock, and giant city state park for a day trip. Communication with the host was easy and she answered any questions we had quickly, even checked in on us after some bad weather had...

“This was our second visit. We had a marvelous time. We just love the house, it has all the amenities that we need. It's like a home away from home. However, the TV in the living room only offers five local channels to watch, but we utilized Netflex. Also, it would have been nicer if the grass had been cut prior to our arrival so we could have enjoyed being in the yard. They came to cut the grass the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.”
