The pool and elevator were both in working order and the pool was warm enogh to swim (December). Towels were provided for the pool. The bathroom in our room only had 2 towels, but I'm sure we could have asked for more at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby all day long.
