“This place was perfect for our family of 5. The condo had plenty of room, the waterparks had great slides and other features that my kids absolutely loved! I also appreciated the hours of the waterpark and all the planned activities the resort had.”

“Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. ”

The flooring had something sticky on it in places and got on my shoes hence tracked sticky stuff throughout. Floor was obviously not mopped well after previous customer. The floor molding was missing in spots and unfinished look in bathroom behind the door. Toilet height is low so for senior citizen was difficult and...

“The maids didn't clean our room the whole time we were there, had to go get towels from the front desk. Went and bought a 30 gallon garbage bag for our garbage because again they dont clean rooms, We were there 5 days.”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”
