“Good ocean view from upper floors. (We were on 4th). Very pleasant, though dated. Comfy quiet room. Great value for about $100 (March weeknight) We signed up for a second night! Best uncrowded beach walking anywhere! Almost solitary. Surf is far out, su very safe. Long, wide, flat, rockless white sand. Lots of sand & driftwood & tuffts of beachgrass forming dunes along the foreshore (that's whats blocking the oceanview from lower floors). Cafe worth a try; you might like it.”

“The room and outside property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The wi-fi is not a secure connection so I didn't use that. They had a nice business area in the lobby (also didn't use that). The breakfast was very good and it was nice that it started at 6am so that we could make use of it on days we had an early start. Good areas on and around the property for walking a dog, and cleanup bags and disposal were provided in the back area. There was an issue with getting charged...

“Rooms definitely could use some TLC. Bathroom was SO TINY, you had to straddle the toilet to shut the door, which did not open all the way because it hit the shower curtain rod!! Hinges on the bathroom door were rusted, paint peeling off the door. Bed was so uncomfortable we got up and left early because my hips were killing me!! Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but damn close!!”

“It was a great room, comfortable & so close to the 804 trail & "downtown" Yachats. We booked a room described as partial ocean view - we had an amazing view from the full picture window to watch the waves crash. Definitely would recommend rooms 41, 42, 43”

“Older motel but renovated and soo cute! You can’t beat the beach location! Great breakfast in the morning and super amenities for kids like free movie rentals, popcorn and hot chocolate. Indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. Loved having an equipped kitchenette for the weekend. Staff is so friendly and helpful!”

“The two staff I interacted with were super nice (front desk when we checked in and person handling breakfast). The breakfast buffet was really good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc.. The room was big, clean and quiet.”
