“Little small setbacks sink leaking and toilet”

“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were actually comfortable and my disabled husband was able to sleep the entire night without any discomfort. However, the only issues we experienced was the sofa bed cushions were disgusting. There were spots that looked like blood stains. We were offered another room but that sofa bed also had stains. The staff did an excellent job to assure we were satisfied and provided a cot and sofa...

“Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter. ”

“The stay was a last minute decision. The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. We had to purchase towels but was reimbursed by the owner. The internet wasn’t working well and he did his best to get it on but it was extremely slow. He was unsure if the cleaners had washed the sheets so we ended up washing all the linen before we laid down. We wish the circumstances were different but that was our reality.”

If you book, I recommend asking for a room with a view of the pool if stuff like that matters to you. The front desk staff was very sweet as we checked in very late and she was helpful.”
