“Interaction with morning staff during breakfast was very pleasant. We were greeted with smiles and morning greeting. The only issue was that the cooling system to the room could not keep the room comfortable so we spent most evening with no blankets or sheets even after I turned the thermostat down from 64 to 62 to 60 over the evening still a great experience thank you”

“The best part of the property is the lobby. The rooms themselves felt older and worn. The greatest regret of our stay was eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Waited 15 minutes for a staff member to even notice we were waiting to be seated. We asked for a high chair which never came, were offered water which never came, and had to physically leave the table to search for someone to ask for the bill - literally no staff member came close to our table after the food arrived. “This hotel is fine for a day or two, but the cracks really start to show if you're there for a while. It's relatively well protected from road noise, but the walls are thin enough that you'll hear normal conversations in neighboring rooms. Doors slam easily. A lot of doors in shared spaces get stuck frequently, including stairwell and side entrances/exits.
