I was traveling with my 3 month old and checked in after midnight, and Joel went above and beyond to make sure our room was comfortable and available for us. “The hotel is nice but we didn’t sleep. The next door neighbors to your right were arguing all night. The walls in our room is very thin. You can hear people talking on the other side of the room. ”
