“Bathroom needed to be cleaned”

“I love staying at Eursuites when I visit Morgantown. The only issue that we had was room temp and regulating it. Other than that we spend time here throughout the year ”

“The price was high considering the lobby is undergoing renovations and is inaccessible except for going outside the building in cold weather to get back inside. Add to that my room key did not work which required a second trip around the building with my luggage to get a new key(s). ”

“Pool was a big disappointment. Obvious corrosion on the overhead light fixtures, metal towel racks and hc lift. The pool itself was dirty with debris. ”

“Excellent excellent stay!! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Room was very clean with plenty of space, storage and pillows! Room is quiet too and the beds were luxurious. We slept so soundly. Breakfast is included from 6 to 10 am, buffett style, with choice of cereal, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, with rotating breakfast meats and potatoes. Coffee / tea / juice bar included. The dining area is large and comfortable. The hotel is bright and inviting...

“DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not let the false 8.5 rating fool you. We left immediately without staying and are getting a refund. The place was disgusting. Unprofessional from the beginning. Lady at the counter was doing what looked like personal laundry and had a large trash bag full of clothes spilling out behind the counter on the office floor. Hotel immediately gave off the vibe of ick. At first we thought it was just the front desk and we were tired so maybe it wouldn't be that bad in the room....

“Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Could use some bigger TVs and maybe a carpet refresh. Overall very pleased and I’m super fussy. ”

“Pool was out of order. Annoying, but not the worst part of the stay. The bathroom in my room had several issues. There was initially no hot water. It was after 8 pm by the time maintenance fixed it. The sink drained very slowly. The toilet was loose and movable. Wallpaper was peeling and lots of mold on the wall around the shower. Even if I trusted in room coffee pots, I still couldn’t use it because of missing parts. The worst thing was finding dirt in the melted ice this morning. It was left...

“Wildly uncomfortable beds, dirty washcloths left in the room, everything is dated, old smell in the room. Check in was easy and nice to have someone at the desk the whole night. You get what you pay for though. But beds desperately need an upgrade, felt like I was sleeping on the floor”

“The whole staff was so helpful and very friendly. They were pleasant and made sure our needs were taken care. ”

“in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect ”
