“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”

“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Plastic mattress cover was torn and coming off. No mattress pad was put on the bed. Front desk staff was helpful and brought one up quickly. TV remote didn't really work and no replacement batteries were available (though I think the remote itself was broken).”

“When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. Also, the curtains were riddled with holes and stains somehow. I didn’t expect much but at least standard hygiene practices to be met. On top of all that the walls are paper...

“Megan at the front desk was very welcoming; she looked up my name and found out I had a rewards number, which I had completely forgotten I had, and she said that as members we could do an early check in; she looked for a room that was ready and gave me a card with the rewards number for me to have it for future uses.
