“Need new pillows-absolutely no support for sleeping”

“Everything was fine for a one night stay. But 3 of 6 of our pillow cases had stains and we did not use them. There was also something smeared on the back of the bathroom door. Also the bed had small stains on it. When I booked it said I was also getting a $10 beverage and snack for booking the room, that was quickly shot down and said “no you get breakfast” even after showing my booking and saying it was included. “Good place to stay for one night when traveling.”

“The room is clean and the kitchen is useful since I will be staying for a few weeks. I saw they had laundry on-site but I haven’t used it. Overall, so far they stay has been good.”
