“Excellent ”

“Only booked this hotel because it was listed as VIP with Expedia but I have zero clue how this could be considered VIP. BEWARE! The room entrance is on the outside of the building and the building is in poor condition. The room itself was clean and comfortable but we didn’t feel safe in the facility or area. Should be listed on site that rooms are not indoors! No parking and area not lighted. Breakfast left much to be desired! I was also to receive a $10 food/beverage credit because it was VIP...

“Room was clean and big. Thin walls and unfortunately we were also paved by the elevator so up throughout the early am. Bfast was ehh... cereal, waffles and biscuits. Staff was friendly. Location was nice!”

“Very nice staff throughout the visit. The public areas and the room were very clean. Very nice shower with good water pressure and temperature. Unfortunately, the usual puffy hotel pillows that immediately go flat in use.”

“We paid for a room with two queen beds. We get into our room, tv is not working and no running water. They only have a king room available with a pullout couch, we move rooms because we have two small child. We were told they’d put points on our account for a free night and I have yet to receive them. ”

“The shower did not work. Told the front desk at check out. They didnt seem concerned and said it had been broke awhile. Thought they would at least give a discount. But nothing. Needs alot of updating”

“The room was clean and spacious. The pond view was relaxing and quiet. Check in and check out was seamless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!”

“Avoid !! These are for workers that move around a lot, the outside had a facelift but not inside. They need to bleach sheets, towels and bath rafs. My bed wasn’t made up, trash not emptied, linen not picked up. There was a stain on sheets, towels & rags had stains Will not stag here again 😢😢. ”

“It was probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The sheets were dirty. Our tv wouldn’t work properly. The toilet was old and dirty. The shower faucet was broken, almost coming off. There was a half drank Mountain Dew bottle in the refrigerator. Obviously, they do not clean their rooms fully. ”

“They were doing some remodeling mainly in the breakfast area. Seems like they were spending a good amount on updating the hotel. Room was very nice - I always appreciate a hotel room with a walk-in shower. Between the condition of the room, the remodel work, and the person working on landscaping outside I was left with the impression that the hotel is well maintained.”
