“Clean room comfortable bed. Great location courteous front desk”

“Booked last minute for a funeral, booked third party. Arrived and they wanted to charge me for the room again saying they couldn't process the third party payment but had the info and showed it to me. After agreeing to not charge me again I get to my room to find stains on everything, ceiling, walls, carpet, curtains, chairs and couch. And if you're uncomfortable with elevators you might avoid this one.”

“Room was super humid and the sheets almost felt damp from it. (it was hot/humid outside, too). No cold water from the bathrooms sink. Much smaller TV than other hotels offer. Big fridge was nice.”

“The bed was terrible it was like a piece of steel rods across my back I couldn't get out of bed the next morning it was not a it was a box spring with a mattress cover over it”

“The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean.”

“Room was not cleaned the first night of stay. Towels were not replaced, when they did not have enough clean towels at 4p.m. Will not stay here again.”

“It was an okay room, everything fine. Only problem I had is they wanted a deposit, and when I went to check out around 8:30 AM no one was in the office. I called and was told that no one would be in the office until 9:30 AM and I have to wait or return later for my deposit. Had to be at work by 9am.”

“Location was fairly rundown and in need of a refresh. The door in my room had a crack, big enough that you could slip an entire book through not just a piece of paper. The showerhead was not on tight enough and was spraying water over top of the shower door and soak the floor in the bathroom. Additionally the refrigerator had somebody else’s food in it when I checked in.”
