“Hotel is starting to show its age and needs updating in the rooms. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is perfect. Great hotel for the price.”

“The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.”

“With the cabin being perfectly tucked the back of the property and the super comfortable bed I had some of the best sleep I have had in weeks. There are plenty of local restaurants near by and nice little coffee shop right around the corner( 5 min walk ). I had an issue with the mini fridge in the cabin. I spoke with Abel that morning and he replaced the by the time I returned from work. I definitely will stay here on my next visit. ”

“Great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The cabin was cozy and charming with a beautiful lake view. We were in town for our son’s college fishing tournament, and the location was perfect, close to the park and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!”

“A beautiful location in a lovely neighbourhood. Sitting down at the water's edge, I found my happy place. The kitchen is limited, with no stove and no pots/no kettle, I had to cook dinner in the frying pan on the BBQ side element. The frig is small and the freezer didn't work well (our ice cream was liquid) because it needs defrosting. This is something easy to fix :) so I'd still recommend this beautiful location to anyone. The only downside: The property has well water with a heavy sulphur...

“Clean, but need to pay better attention to insects. There was a wasp trap that eventually made it bad to stay. The host was not able to eliminate the problem so we had to vacate.”
