“A hotel I will not visit again! It was under construction. No coffee in the morning and Ng. Restaurant and bar closed. The hot tub had one (1) jet working and temperature of the water was cool! The rooms were clean. The beds had no blanket but a thin duvet lined with cotton balls inside that has been washed hundred times. Not a basic warm blanket. The bathroom was very modern and nice.!The curtains needed to be clean. Lastly I couldn’t get the TV channel selection. So, I gave up! Hope you find...

“Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Appreciated the breakfast variety. Not thrilled about paying for parking at the hotel, but understand that is becoming more common and it was nice to have the secure parking lot. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone I know staying in the area.”

“It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.”

“The room did not have a remote control for the TV and the coffee was decaf only. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, and he didn’t seem to give it any attention. On the other hand, the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!”

“Know that you have to pay for linens exchange. All cookware has to be paid for as well. Slightly sketchy but good if you need somewhere to sleep while on the road. The staff is not available after a certain time and aren’t available until late morning. Rooms are mostly clean, but bed and bedsheets/comforters are very thin. Almost emergency blanket quality. Ok for the price, but definitely not a frequent stay.”

“This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.”

“Don’t expect luxury but for the price, the room was a decent size with two comfortable queen beds, fresh coffee daily and clean towels daily. Shower was perfect and staff were really friendly. Breakfast adequate, nothing special but perfectly edible apart from sausage gravy, what’s that all about lol”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. The hotel cleans rooms every other day. Since we didn't need any cleaning service for a few days, we had the do not disturb tag on our door. We then took the tag off the door and even after a couple of days the cleaning staff never came to our room. I notified the hotel desk about it and they had a member of the cleaning team come to our room to clean it. Issue solved!”
