“Suggest attention to litter in the landscape, rubbish containers could emptied more often near the pool, entry floor and glass doors could be cleaned more often, decor shelving on edges of lobby area were noticeably dusty. Litter on 4th floor hallways likely from the housekeeping carts.”

“It was great. The sheets had a stain but they changed them immediately. The pool cabanas need to be cleaned but overall we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“La habitación era aceptable, un poco de olor a humedad y si bien tenía cocina habia que solicitar los elementos para cocinar en la recepción. Estuvimos 2 noches y si bien nos dejaron toallas nuevas no limpiaron la habitación. Ls ubicación esta buena, a mitad de camino entre la playa y el centro. El sr de la recepción muy amable!”

“The bathrooms were ok However I found someone else's hair on the shower wall that was not mine or my husband's. I brought towels with me for the trip, One of them happen to be white. I had it in my bag. The housekeeper took my towel out of my bag thinking it belongs to the hotel. If she looked at it CLEARLY, it didn't. My thoughts is don't go through people's belongings. I wouldn't take towels from a hotel and Im sure there are people who do”

“The location to the beach was perfect and just across the street. The room its self was loud with the AC and humidifier running nonstop. Also our room was very, very small with paper thin walls. We found out they had suites as we were leaving and if we could have a bigger room we may consider coming back”

“Nice staff. Continental breakfast was perfect. Great location between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Restaurants next door. Room floor felt a little dirty and wasn't able to use the pool due to chemical testing.”
