“Politica Housekeeping non adeguata ”

“Bath tub needs to be redone. Felt gross in there I wore my slippers in the shower. You can hear everything through the walls. Couldn’t sleep from an arguing couple all night. The bathroom you can hear people having a conversation through the walls. It was not relaxing to sleep in the room and hear everything, including every flush that occurs.”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around.”

“Firendly staff, big parking but the room had some bad smell so they had to change it.”

“This was a great deal for our stay in New York, very easy to get to the ferry terminal by bus.”

“Buongiorno, la mia camera non è mai stata pulita. Soltanto il primo giorno. Giro il mondo ma è la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere. Al mio rientro la terza sera, scendo nella hall e faccio presente che sono due giorni che non mi viene pulita la camera; nessuna spiegazione e mi dicono che sarà pulita il giorno seguente. Ieri sera appena rientrato in hotel vedo che la camera non era stata pulita, allora scendo nella hall per fare presente nuovamente questo problema, ma non mi viene...
