“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“Check-in was seamless, the staff were great, and the breakfast area was clean with a decent selection. Unfortunately, a couple of issues affected the room 409 experience. The hallway air diffuser was turned up way too high; the cologne fragrance was so strong I had to cover my face walking through the halls.
