“Es war eine ganz bezaubernde Wohnung, genauso wie auf den Bildern, in wunderbarer Umgebung. Die Eigentümer der Wohnung ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können das Quartier absolut weiter empfehlen.”

Huge apartment with 4 bedrooms and ample entertaining space, but the highlight was the private outdoor space, it was a little oasis, in the bustle of the city. “I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. “This was the perfect place for our quick overnight for a concert in Jersey City. Clean, safe, and more spacious than I expected for a city apartment. Kitchen has the basics to keep things cold (mini fridge) and heat things up (microwave, Keurig with coffee provided). We had zero issue with parking right on the block (though I imagine arriving later in the evening would have made it tougher). Easy Uber (10-15) into town. Would imagine this would be a great location for home base on an NYC trip,...

“Fantastic apartment, equipped with everything you need and more, beds super comfortable . The view is amazing and Gregory the host was very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent, nearest metro station 10 minute walk away and everything else you need pretty much on your doorstep. Would definitely stay there again if in New York.”

2/10 Terribile

"Camera horror .. moquette vecchia e sporca , tra i due letti matrimoniali sotto la moquette c’era un avvallamento importante. No bidet arredamento vecchio , mancavano pezzi di legno qua e là . Carta da parati ormai gialla e mezza scollata . Fatto increscioso , nonostante il cartello non entrare sulla maniglia , il personale è entrato in camera ed ha acceso il climatizzatore . Alla reception, su nostra richiesta chi fosse entrato in camera , non hanno saputo dirmelo. Peccato perché la zona è top sulla Broadway e a 2 minuti da central park e con la fermata dalla metro praticamente sotto l’albergo . "

"Hotel molto grande e comodo, posizione eccellente con accanto la subway e di fronte vari bus. Ristoranti di tutti i tipi e costi tutto intorno oltre un comodo bar all'interno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Anche la camera per tutta la famiglia molto comoda e pulita. Microonde e macchina del ghiaccio in comune nei piani. Ampia Palestra a disposizione. Lavori di ristrutturazione in corso ma che non danno problemi. Grazie mille Sheraton Times Square !!! "

"Hotel centrale in posizione vicino a Times Square ma in una via piena di tossicodipendenti e homeless che la rende poco sicura, giorno e notte. Ho visto gente iniettarsi siringhe nelle vene alla luce del sole. Possibile non si riesca a fare nulla? Purtroppo all’interno è molto vecchio ed andrebbe rinnovato. La nostra stanza emanava un odore molto forte e sgradevole dovuto alla moquette sporca ed usurata dal tempo. Lo abbiamo fatto presente due volte ma non è cambiato niente. Servizi quasi inesistenti. Da evitare assolutamente!"
