“This was a unique and very enjoyable visit. We enjoyed the site as it sits in the woods. The birds of the area were plentiful and great in the morning. The room was great with a marvelous bathroom. Comfortable bed. The breakfast we had there was excellent. A wonderful choice.”

“The cabin was wonderful! The property absolutely beautiful as well. Very clean. The bed is very firm, but that is my only complaint. Bring some fishing poles if you enjoy fishing, I wish we had as my son would have loved it.”

“High quality room, with farm privacy and atmosphere. We would recommend it and stay there again. Only one thing: The ladder to the loft bedroom is quite steep. My wife struggled a bit with it. But then, she is in her late 60's. Nevertheless, a good place that we will recommend. A/C worked well, and was needed. Room very clean. We hardly saw staff, which was fine, as we enjoyed our privacy.”

“Great property. Super clean. A/C is top notch. The hot tub was clean and worked well. TV was nice and swiveled. Well thought out and attention to details in this adorable treehouse. Nice quiet. Easy check in. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed our stay with our pooch. My only suggestion would be to add a portable luggage stand.”

“You will not find a clehaner more beautiful place to stay. This property is located near Makanda and near the wine trails in Southern Illinois. Our only issue was that the description listed DirectTV and there was none- however, we were not there to watch TV. The owner explained that he forgot to take that off of the listing.”
