“Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande. Pulizie giornaliere accurate. Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo. Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè. Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...

“Stanza un po' vetusta e impianto di riscaldamento rumoroso”

“La struttura è vecchia, malamente rimodernata. Nella stanza aleggiava odore di muffa, che ha intriso i nostri vestiti. Il condizionatore era troppo rumoroso. La colazione, semplicemente scandalosa, aveva solo cibo confezionato. Abbiamo pagato 200 euro a notte ma l’hotel non vale nemmeno la metà. Dopo due notti ce ne siamo andati, nonostante la prenotazione fosse più estesa. Esperienza da dimenticare !”

“Highly disappointed! This “hotel” was not worth the money spent. I have had the opportunity to stay at many resorts and this particular establishment is far from a resort. Furniture is antiquated, ceiling is peeling, sink does not drain properly, and food is sub par at best. I will give kudos to valet staff, constant professionals. The front desk clerk is working at a level of give just enough and nothing more. She was unhelpful and not as pleasant as a guest would anticipate. Long story short,...

“The place had a weird smell to it and a bunch of dead gnats on the ceiling of the room. The staff was difficult to deal with and they made multiple charges to my card days after leaving. I canceled my stay after being there less then 4 hours because of my over all experience. I regret choosing this location and i have called them many times about the charges yet more charges are showing up on my card. I ended up choosing another resort which exceeded my expectations and made up for this...

“Struttura molto bella, appartamento pulito e spazioso con una bella vista direttamente sull’oceano unica pecca non sono passati a pulire e sostituire la biancheria dopo il quinto giorno di permanenza come descritto dai servizi.Personale gentile, tranne due signore alla reception non molto “socievoli””

Non sono contenta della poca disponibilità e non conoscenza del problema della celiachia del ragazzo del buffet, il quale mi ha liquidato dicendo che fosse una sua scelta la non presenza del pane senza glutine e facendo un elenco di prodotti assenti come il latte di soia. “Liked the ocean views from the Queen suite and hearing the waves , I wanted conjoining rooms upon check in I found out there wasn’t any rooms so we were located above and below one another although the stairs were very convenient! Staff was friendly and helpful to make our stay Great!”

I servizi sono buoni, hanno the e caffè nella Holl. La piscina e la jacuzzi calda sono carine proprio sul mare, e devo dire che anche il manager é molto disponibile. ”
