“They double booked me, didnt have any other available rooms, so I had to find a new hotel. The hotel in general is very worn down and dirty.”

“Perfect location in a vibrant area full of restaurant and close to the bat bridge and the riverside! The room are big but quite old. No parking around so you have to pay the hotel parking quite expensive!”

“You guys ruined my birthday weekend!! My initial reservation was canceled the day of arrival and was told by your representative that my replacement was equal to or upgrade and it was NOT!! When I asked if you all could find me another hotel, I was told that you could not accommodate me. So, I canceled that reservation and stayed at a Marriott which costed me another $900+ on top of what I already paid you!! I will never use this service again and will be sure to advise others to do the same....

“Room in poor condition . Half the light bulbs didnt work including the bathroom. Room smelled like weed”

“Not set up for handicap accommodations. Grab bars in bathroom were loose and very dangerous. Toilet seat not secured. No place to hang clothes. Do not stay here if you are traveling for business or a wedding, or any function that would require nice clothes. The only place available to hang them is over the back of a chair! I understand not having a dedicated closet, but at least install a hook on the wall. Parking not included. Plan on another $30-$35 / night to park assuming you find a...
