“Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel 2 days before the stay. We didn’t know this brand at all, so didn’t have a reference for the price. Hotel didn’t return message on the app and it took 3 phone calls to finally reach a manager to get things cleared up. Even then it rang for 5 minutes and they acted like it was our fault and we were bothering them. Won’t look at this brand again.”

“This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We checked in and individual checking people in at the front desk was hard to understand. Did not speak good English. They set us up on a room on the second floor with no elevator to get our luggage up there once we’re up there we needed a microwave and it was missing from the room. “I choose a cheap motel and got exactly what I paid for. It was perfectly adequate for a night's sleep, but was totally lacking in any amenities of any kind.
