“Staff is always great”

“very large rooms with work area , beds were great, can't beat the location, lots of parking spots, had everything in the room for staying awhile, this hotel would be my first choice”

“It’s not going to be the fanciest place, but it’s decent and clean and has become my go to when I’m in Rock Hill. It’s not expensive, it’s clean, they have a breakfast included (waffles, eggs, yogurt, sausage), it’s close to everything (Winthrop Univ., all the restaurants, grocery store, Walmart), the staff is super friendly and it’s right off the highway for easy access. The air conditioner/heater always works, showers have hot water. I really have no complaints about this hotel. There is no...

“No fresh towels for the second day”

“Room, including bathroom was clean. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Beds were very comfortable.”

“Our room was clean but the layout seemed cramped with little storage space and we had problems with the bathroom door and sink. Also we should have checked amenities as the rooms had no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby, an inconvenient 4 flights down. ”

“I booked two queens and got a king with a pull out sofa with stained Upholstry. Also, I’m not a fan of the Starbucks coffee you have to buy in the morning. But this hotel was otherwise fine. ”

“The room was fine. Did not like that coffee maker or a sitting chair is not provided. I don’t expect it to be so minimalistic. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very comfortable accomodations.”

“i was placed on a floor with a high school band group which was a bunch of kids - they kept me up all night - slamming doors, running. at 3:40 AM someone starting banking on a drum. I called the front dest however no relief. Very heartbreaking ”
