“Ok so I just got home from my trip to Graham. It was my boyfriend and I and here is my list of the pros and cons of this place.Cons:There was only a bigger fridge than most hotels and a microwave but no coffee maker or iron. Upon entering,we were over taken by the smell of rank cigarette smell. The floors were wet so we assumed they had just mopped. “Carpeting was dirty. No chain or other extra security measure to prevent immediate access to room from outside. Door didn’t seal properly either; daylight around top and doorknob side. No smoke detector, only a hole in the ceiling. Air conditioner was broken, but did provide cool air. Asking for extra pillows & a towel was greeted with great irritation by the manager before being provided. Toilet seat was loose, tried tightening but it didn’t stay tight. “Wonderful stay, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful view with a couple spots nearby to access the river. Very quiet and serene, but only about 20 minutes to town.”

“Beautiful place for small or large gatherings! Main house has 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed. Separate unit with 2 decent sized rooms, each room with 2 full size beds and they share a jack n jill bathroom. Small attached building with another bed. Had a great time, will definitely do it again”
