“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect. Room was clean and cosy and bed was lovely I had a great sleep. View from the room of the mountains was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and I will definitely be returning in the summer.”

“Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. “Clean warm nice shower beautiful view warm and welcoming staff they were kind and compassionate as my husband had just lost his mother who was in a local hospital which was the reason to visit Llandudno prior to booking in and said if we need anything to just ask Breakfast was great a good start to the day plenty of choice. Nicely presented the restaurant staff were attentive pleasant and friendly. ”

“Nice welcome. Helpful staff. White pristine bed linen and towels. Family room great with double bed and 2 singles for kids. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. En suite bathroom good but could do with updating. Good hot water and shower though. Price was right. ”

“Hotel in centro,non c'è parcheggio privato,io sono rimasto 2 notti e non ho mai avuto problemi per parcheggiare vicino e gratis personale molto molto gentile e cordiale COLAZIONA COMPRESA ABBONDANTE E MOLTO BUONA,molta possibilità di scelta,veramente super unico neo forse hotel un po' attempato ,ma per me non è stato un problema,ho potuto apprezzare la gentilezza dello staf e la super colazione”
