“Lovely place but one woman Catrina was amazing as she was left to do everything, check us in , run the pub and restaurant. The room was not very clean. I am handicap and it was hard to get around. ”

“Nice hotel , nice garden with places to sit in among the ducks. Clean rooms . Bit unsure on how to get into the model village on site , no information on it anywhere. Got to the gate only to find you needed a ticket from reception which is a good way back up hill so didn’t bother. Sign at reception would have been a good idea. Lovely receptionist when we checked in but the one in the morning was so miserable, never smiled and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there . Having said that...
