“Hotel molto elegante e pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi. Televisore senza canali internazionali e sportivi, manca la cassaforte. La pecca più grande è il servizio di pulizia in tempo di covid, che non viene svolto su base giornaliera. Bisogna richiedere alla reception la pulizia settimanale e a me è successo che per due giorni non mi hanno fatto le pulizie per un disguido di comunicazione interno. “We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. “Excellent, varied breakfast with fresh fruit varieties and many cereal choices. rooms always thoroughly cleaned with fresh bedding etc. daily over a 13 night stay. Most helpful and courteous staff in all areas from front door onwards.”

“I have stayed before on many occasions, although no staff to greet you now, the lock boxes for room keys works effectively. Staff are super lovely, very accommodating.
