“One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the Expedia Gold status VIP perks.When asked about it during check in the reception was very cold and would not honour perks as promoted. Very disappointed as this was a first with any Expedia bookings. Will not be back.”

After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing...
