“Ground floor carpet to room was filthy. Carpet in room looked stained. Bathroom shabby. Only one bedside table with edging coming off. Kettle still had water in it from before (but, was fill-sized). Sheets clean, mattress protector used, but didn't dare use a black light on mattress. Bed was well worn but comfy enough. “Suitable stop over. Unfortunately other rooms can be heard, clearly... Not quite what I expected but it fitted most of our needs.”

“A solid place for first time solo travelers. The station is super close, so you have plenty of time to plan accordingly prior to train departure. Communication was a bit delayed at times, but host was always helpful and kind. You have a ton of shops and restaurants nearby if cooking isn't your thing! Be sure to bring your own toiletries and shower gels, and pack an extra towel since only one is provided! The window in the bedroom has a blackout curtain, which is very useful for privacy purposes....
