“Staff put us in a room that we didn't book and lied about being out of the room we paid for. Had to talk to guest relations and spent 30mins fixing the issue. The beds are terrible it's like sleeping on a brick. Staff will also not let you know where the stairs are to bypass the elevators. We waited up to 15 min to get on one. ”

Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night.
