“Good and big rooms, restaurant very good and excellent service”

“Big room, hotel near metro station and restaurant. Big parking. Everything went good”

“Ok”

“Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Considering the price, this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. I found it very dirty (the spiderwebs were impressive) and the breakfast was very poor ( no cheese, no ham, very bad coffee). I chose a place with a kitchenette, but there was no cutlery/ glasses/ plates. We asked reception and they told us to use the paper cups provided. I said you dont put paper in a microwave, but they said it was ok. And They burnt, of course! Fortunately, I took it out immediately and nothing happened...

“Moderno”

“In generale bene: camera molto spaziosa, pulita, personale cortese. Unica pecca le lenzuola rotte.”

“The staff are very rude, I had an issue with the travel agency, everything was paid (more than 14 thousands reais). I left the hotel in the morning when I got back to the hotel, my room was locked. They said they couldn’t find my booking in the system and they couldn’t help me politely and quickly. I don’t recommend this property.”
