“Conosco molto bene questo hotel, era perfetto ma sono peggiorati tutti i servizi, non è più come prima, c’è una tale confusione nella reception, incapaci di lavorare i nuovi addetti , non risponde più a 5 stelle, un vero peccato. ”

“There is no way I could find any sort of fault with this property. I met people who have stayed at Windjammer on multiple occasions and it's easy to see why. The staff are truly wonderful, can't do enough for you and always remember your name. If I'm to be picky maybe some restaurant menus could be a tad more expensive but really that's only finding fault where there is none. Maybe a little quiet at night but I put that down to the fact mid May is out of season. If hopefully I'm out this way...

“Our stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who explained everything thoroughly and welcomed us with a delicious welcome drink. We also met our butler, Ferguson, who assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. “Beautiful beach views, but the staff could be better. Lots of vendors on the beach trying to sell you things like excursions while trying to just relax. Lots of beach and pool seating. Alcoholic drinks weren’t too good. Bartenders were a hit or miss whether you got a nice one or someone who didn’t want to pay you much attention. Overall it was a great place to stay, but definitely had some cons. House keeping was good, but lots of plates of food sitting outside doors in hallways. Lots of fun...
