“Excellent customer service from rotania at check in and Brandon at the beach services”

“Overall the property is nice with excellent views. However, the food options are horrible and limited. Some of the chairs by the pool needs to replaced.”

“There was no pool side service, many people stopped to speak to us, but no one ever asked us if we wanted a drink. The chairs by the pool were uncomfortable and we had to seek out cushions on our own. The only poolside food that was available was via a food truck and was not good. Many staff seemed like they wanted to be helpful but the actual helpfulness varied. A lot of information given to us as special upgrades for being an Expedia member did not exist. The food options were minimal at night...

“It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.”
