“I must say, WOW! The staff was very courteous and we were given welcome drinks. The room was nice and pool side. My husband is a swimmer, this was super convenient for him. What impressed me most, was how friendly the staff was. Everyone always had a "genuine smile." Usually, hotel restaurants are a little mediocre, this one was really good. “Nicely appointed room in the Harmony section of the resort. Several pools and the ocean front were easily accessible. Common areas were kept pristine at all times. Many meal choices, all well prepared and presented. Most importantly, all staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Obviously taking great pride in their respective positions. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. ”

“We had a wonderful honeymoon at Zoetry, the staff cared to make the experience memorable. Food was good, we enjoyed the daily specials at 1461. Room is beautiful, bed is comfy and we enjoyed the Le Labo products. We did not get to use our resort credit as hoped (you can only use on certain limited add-ons that will still be out of pocket), which would have been nice. ”

“Friendly staff and excellent food. There was an issue with our room and the manager made sure it was all set. There was always a helpful staff member to answer any questions or help. Very clean. Very accommodating. Did I mention the excellent food. We opted for the all inclusive plan which was well worth it. ”
