“Clean cool quiet close to downtown ”

“Great location right off the busy area of downtown so can easily walk to a few spots. Right across from night club so it was really loud while they were open at night. Restaurant on site is really just a bar with appetizers. Drinks were good and also the lamb lollipops and pasta. ”

“Good value with daily breakfast buffet. Nice indoor pool is open until 1am. Lots of families but that’s what pigeon forge is all about. Only papa John’s allowed to deliver on site. All other food deliveries must be received off property. ”

“The front desk staff were prompt and friendly. The location is perfect when spending time on Broadway. The rooms were clean, great pool and wonderful meals. The pizza from the bar kitchen was almost as good as the bartending/staff. They were efficient and kind. I will stay here again and highly recommend. ”

“The property is large and beautifully landscaped inside and out. the rooms are pricey and so are the restaurants but there are good options within a mile of the resort. Unlike Disney World, I saw very few trash cans but no trash. Rooms with a balcony facing the garden conservatory are the best.”
