“Everything was wonderful! We stayed on the 5th floor, above everything. Close enough to hear all the sounds of the riverwalk but, more privacy. If you want to be in the action look for the lower floors. All the staff were extremely accommodating. Provided any requests within a timely manner. We enjoyed the atmosphere in all areas from the lobby, to the bar, pool, and our private balcony. We highly recommend for a nice romantic getaway.”

“The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The staff at the normal restaurant was great. The hallways of the floors of the hotel smelled old and musty. The room we stayed in was not cleaned very well as there were urine drops in front of the toilet that hadn’t been cleaned. The extra bed was so old with an old dirty mattress. The walls had a lot of scuff marks on them and carpet was worn and looked dirty. I was expecting more from this property as it is a Marriott BonVoy...
