“The location was bordered by a major highway, with a view overlooking an abandoned parking lot. Despite an hour and a half, the room temperature never rose above 60 degrees. We were eventually moved to a new room. The lighting was very dim, but the room was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was average, nothing remarkable. I do not recommend this stay.”

“Good experience. The staff was very helpful and kind. It’s very close to the Albany Capital Center, making it ideal for those taking the bar who don’t want to commute to the exam center. Book early for good rates.”

“So I was sitting on the bed of a room that I was tricked into staying at when I initially got to the hotel, I immediately told the front desk person that my bed is a queen and she said that’s what I chose, which is incorrect. There was no way I’d choose a queen bed to sleep two adults in a hotel room when a king bed was available. I’m pretty sure they went as far as listing both rooms as deluxe single room so that it looks as though I’m at fault. Their breakfast almost made me throw up in my...

“The sofa bed was really really dirty and clearly not checked for a while as there was food everywhere on the mattress when we opened it. Candy, crackers, cheese, chocolate, everything was there. Told the reception and nothing was done to accommodate or anything. ”

Personale impreparato, camera oltre il limite della decenza, moquette bruciata da sigarette, lenzuola e federe sporche e che puzzavano forte di fumo, vasca da bagno che perdeva acqua ed allaga il bagno, asciugamani con macchie di sangue, gente "strana" che frequentava il parcheggio nel retro, urla e liti tutta la notte. Unica nota di merito la ragazza, giovanissima, al checkout la mattina che ha capito la situazione...
